The contact page collects the main support and communication paths for PipeEX, including general questions, technical help, and routing to the right public page.

It also links back to trial, pricing, tutorial, and guide pages so users can self-serve before reaching out.

Choose the right contact path

Use the general contact page for product questions, support routing, activation questions, and messages that do not yet require a quote.

Use trial access when the team wants to validate the Revit add-in on a model. Use sales when the team needs pricing, seat planning, invoices, or procurement information.

For technical support, include the Revit year and build, PipeEX PCF Export installer version if known, the target downstream tool, and a short description of what happened during export or import.

Self-serve before sending

Many common evaluation questions are covered by the FAQ, export guide, PCF data guide, supported Revit versions page, tutorials, and licensing page.

If a message relates to a failed PCF import, include whether the issue is missing geometry, wrong component identity, disconnected route, blank attribute, or a downstream validation warning.
